CTS offers technical support to all its staff and faculty. If you cannot find what you are looking for on this page and need further assistance, reach out to our IT Support Services, Proven IT, in one of two ways:
1. Email: [email protected] Please include:
a) Brief subject line description of the issue.
b) A detailed description of the issue/symptoms in the body of the message.
c) Please include contact information such as name and best phone number to reach you.
2. Call Proven at 708‐407‐2400
a) This is the direct line to their help desk. You will speak to an engineer that will create a ticket for your issue.
b) Please reply directly to any emails received from the Proven ticketing system. This will automatically add notes to the ticket to ensure a better response from their engineers.
